The "Stop the Clog" program is sponsored by the Sacramento Area Sewer District. The program promotes the proper disposal of fats, oils and grease (FOG). Whether you're a business that generates FOG or a resident of the Sacramento region, you're encouraged to do your part to help prevent sewer blockages.
